Meet the Team

Niven Packery MRCVS

Niven joined the team at Stockwell in 2017 having transferred from our New Addington surgery.  He graduated in 2012 from the University of Pretoria, South Africa and whilst qualifying was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with the Big Five wildlife species including rhinos, elephants, lions, buffalos and leopards!  Since then Niven has worked predominantly with small animals and is particularly interested in soft tissue surgery.  In his spare time Niven enjoys socialising, fitness and going to the gym.

Ashley Spalding - Registered Veterinary Nurse

Ashley is originally from the USA and joined the Goddard Group in December 2012, originally working at our Putney surgery before going on to qualify as an RVN at the Kennington surgery and joined the team at Stockwell in 2017. Ashley graduated from Berry College in Georgia with a degree in Animal Science and worked at the VCA Lilburn Animal Hospital in Georgia for six years before relocating to the UK.  She is interested in all aspects of animal medicine with a particular interest in radiology, behaviour and emergency care.  Ashley spends her spare time horse riding, drawing and hiking.

Louise Manotam - Veterinary Nursing Assistant

Louise joined the team at Stockwell in 2017 after transferring from the Stone Lion Hospital.  Louise is interested in feline behaviour and is looking forward to veterinary nurse training in the future.  In her spare time Louise enjoys watching animal documentaries, singing and playing computer games.

 

Katie Maisey - Receptionist

Katie joined the team at Stockwell in 2017.  This is her first job in veterinary practice having previously worked as a PA, cat sitter and dog walker.  Katie grew up in North Yorkshire surrounded by animals and her family currently own two Highland cows, a cat, a giant schnauzer and a Patterdale terrier.  In her spare time Katie plays Rugby, knits scarves and attempts to bake.
